Eligibility & Access

Q1: Who is eligible to register for TriVasc Academy courses?
TriVasc Academy is exclusively designed for licensed healthcare professionals such as vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, cardiologists, and related specialists. Verification of professional credentials is required during registration.

Q2: Can medical students or residents participate?
Yes, senior medical students, residents, and fellows in training may participate in select courses. You may be required to submit a letter of recommendation or proof of enrollment in an accredited training program.

Q3: Is TriVasc Academy open to non-clinical professionals (e.g., engineers, medical sales reps)?
Participation is limited to individuals with direct clinical or technical roles in vascular care. If you are in a supporting role (e.g., device specialist, biomedical engineer), please contact us for approval on a case-by-case basis.

Courses & Certificates

Q4: What types of courses does TriVasc Academy offer?
We offer in-depth training in:

• Aortic & peripheral endovascular therapies
• Neurovascular interventions
• Advanced imaging and catheter techniques
• Case-based learning and simulation
• Device-specific procedural training

Q5: Are the courses accredited?
Many of our programs offer CME/CPD accreditation through recognized international and local bodies. Check the course page for specific accreditation details.

Q6: Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?
Yes. Participants who successfully complete all required modules and assessments will receive a Certificate of Completion, which may be downloadable or sent via email.

Technical & Platform Issues

Q7: What are the system requirements for accessing the platform?
You can access TriVasc Academy via any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge). For optimal performance:

• Use a stable internet connection (5 Mbps or higher)
• Enable JavaScript and cookies
• On mobile, use Chrome or Safari for best compatibility

Q8: I forgot my password—how can I reset it?
Click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page and follow the instructions. If you experience issues, please contact us.

Q9: Can I access the content offline?
Currently, content is streamed online only. However, select recorded sessions and downloadable PDFs may be made available after certain webinars or workshops.

Payments & Registration

Q10: Are the courses free?
TriVasc Academy offers both free and paid courses. Pricing details are listed on each course page. Free events may require registration but no payment.

Q11: What payment methods are accepted?
We accept secure payments via:

• Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
• Institutional invoice (for group registrations)
• Direct bank transfers (upon request)

Q12: Do you offer group discounts or institutional access?
Yes. We provide group packages and customized institutional programs. Please contact us for more information.

Language, Regions & Time Zones

Q13: In what language are the courses taught?
All courses are taught in English, with select materials translated into Farsi, and Arabic. Subtitle options may be added depending on demand.

Q14: I’m based in a different time zone. Can I still join live webinars?
Yes! Our webinars are recorded and made available for on-demand viewing. Live session times are listed in GMT/UTC, with a conversion option on the registration page.

Privacy & Security

Q15: Is my personal and professional information secure?
Yes. TriVasc Academy complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other international privacy laws. Your data will only be used for educational and professional verification purposes.

Q16: Will my course progress and certificates be saved?
Absolutely. All your completed modules, scores, and certificates are stored securely in your user dashboard, accessible at any time.
