• You will provide truthful, complete, and current professional information, including your full name, medical specialty, professional license number, institutional affiliation (e.g., hospital or clinic), and country of practice;
• You acknowledge that TriVasc Academy reserves the right to verify your credentials, either independently or by requesting documentation such as:
  • Professional license or certification
  • Hospital or institutional ID
  • Letter of affiliation from a recognized medical institution
  • CV or proof of training relevant to the course topic

We reserve the right to approve, restrict, suspend, or revoke your access to specific courses or the platform in its entirety if your eligibility cannot be verified or is found to be inconsistent with our standards of participation.

Participants found to have falsified their credentials or misrepresented their qualifications may be permanently banned from future use of the platform and may be reported to relevant regulatory authorities or professional bodies.

TriVasc Academy courses are not open to members of the general public, patients, or untrained individuals, and are not intended to be used as a substitute for formal medical education or licensing.

Account Registration

To access certain features (e.g., webinars, certification programs), you may be required to register an account.
You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information;
• Keep your login credentials confidential;
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

TriVasc Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that appears to be misused or fraudulent.
